Project Management & Administration

Assisting owners & developers achieve their goals by guiding them through the land design & development process in Costa Rica. Our focus is facilitating an environment of enhanced communication and cooperation among all project stakeholders.

Project Management / Owner’s Representation:

Project management packages include long term engagements through the entire land design & development process, closely coordinating with the developers team and the local institutions staff involved in planning, design & review, complete permit issuance and inspections to foster high-quality submittals, prompt and proactive communications, and close collaboration to achieve specific and global project milestones and all permit approvals. 

Administration and Team Coordination: Lead and interface with subcontractors, workers, institutional and other design & construction professions on technical and contractual details associated to the development of a project. 

Technical Feasibility Studies / Due Diligence: aims to objectively and rationally uncover the strengths and weaknesses of an existing or proposed project, evaluate opportunities and threats present in the natural environment, the resources required to carry through, and ultimately the prospects for success of a land development project. 

Preliminary Studies: Expediting institutional requirements and compliance for planning, design & permit issuance.

Full Project Permitting: complete permit and licensing management with all pertinent design and construction approval institutions in Costa Rica.
